The music you live close to

On February 11, 2026, the Music Foundation that Humanizes was once again present at a school level in the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey, in this case he played the turn of the 11 Marcos Moshinsky Borodiansky High School.

The programme was presented on this occasion The Quartet and the Secret of Music a cargo del Cuarteto Kroch y de Fernando Guajardo en la mediación musical.

For about 40 minutes, more than 400 students and teachers not only applauded the rhythm of classical music, but also participated actively: they sang, followed musical structures like the canon, and discovered how the works are built. In addition to listening, they learned about the string instruments, the composers and the musical form, making the concert an artistic and formative experience.

One thing that was especially highlighted was the attention of the student. In an environment that is often dynamic and noisy, students heard with concentration and curiosity, showing that when music is presented in a close and alive way, it arouses genuine interest. Some teachers shared after the concert that their students were excited and motivated, commenting on what they had learned and lived.

A few days after the celebration of the Day of Love and Friendship, this experience reminds us that you can also learn to love what invites us to listen carefully. More than a presentation, the musicians shared the stage as a playing and sound exploration space, playing for students and with students. Because music, when it lives closely, stops being something far away and becomes something of its own.

Fundación Música que Humaniza deeply thanks High School 11 for opening its doors and allowing more than 400 young people to have a direct encounter with live music.
